Through this honor, we saw the company's recognition of us, but also saw the company's hope and trust in us. Here, we want to thank the company for giving us.
We are honored and encouraged, and thank all departments for their support and cooperation. We know that this honor is only a performance of our success. It is a road sign on our way forward and has witnessed the growth and progress of our department. Looking back, we had hardships and laughter. In this year, our department has always regarded improving product quality as the top priority of employees and encouraged employees to seriously study and implement the company's meeting spirit. It is through continuous efforts that today's acceptance and recognition are achieved, and the honorary title of "excellent team" is obtained. This honor is the result of the joint efforts of all employees in our department and the pride of every employee in our production department. This award is the collective idea of our department, and it also creates a better work style. But achievement always represents the past, it is our ladder, not a stumbling block, and we should climb up step by step on it.
Through this honor, we can see that although we have achieved good results in all aspects, there are still many shortcomings. First, although we have studied and strengthened safety production in the workshop, it has not been deep and broad; Second, the orientation of workshop work did not allow employees to further improve their working ability; Third, I am not bold enough in my work. I always change my working methods in constant learning, but I can't practice and improve in innovation. To this end, in order to make this honor last forever and let employees work harder and forge ahead, the following points are formulated as the goals for future work.
First, study hard and improve work efficiency.
We should conscientiously study and implement the company's meeting spirit, keep in mind the company's vision of becoming the first brand in China's edible fungus industry chain, actively mobilize the subjective initiative of employees, and improve work efficiency.
Second, improve work ability and do a good job in this department.
According to the characteristics of each process in the production department, make time to learn relevant knowledge, train relevant skills, improve professional level, combine theoretical knowledge with work experience in practical work, and strive to do a good job in each position in this department.
Third, be proactive and have the same departments.
We should conscientiously do a good job in this department, and at the same time, we should assist all departments that need assistance, and strive to communicate from top to bottom and integrate everything.
"There is no perfect individual, only a perfect team", only an excellent collective can have an excellent individual, and only the continuous improvement of the individual can make great progress in the collective. Maybe, we are not good enough, but we try to keep up with the good. Although we are mediocre, we are taking every step in a down-to-earth manner and cherishing every day with our heart.
