606 1 and 6063 belong to 6 series aluminum. They are aluminum (magnesium+silicon) alloys, while 7075 mainly uses aluminum and zinc as alloying elements. First of all, the former two are quite different from the latter in basic composition.

As for the difference between 606 1 and 6063, the former has a silicon content of 0.4 ~ 0.8 and a magnesium content of 0.8 ~ 1.2. While the silicon content of 6063 is 0.2-0.6, and the magnesium content is 0.45-0.9. Generally speaking, 606 1 is harder than 6063 because it contains silicon and magnesium. 606 1 and 6063 also have great differences in tensile strength. Under the same conditions, the tensile strength of the former is less than or equal to 150-290, and the latter is less than or equal to 135-240.

Finally, there are great differences in the use of the three:

1.606 1 aluminum alloy sheet requires various industrial structures to have certain strength, weldability and corrosion resistance, such as pipes, rods, profiles and sheets used for manufacturing trucks, tower buildings, ships, trams, furniture, mechanical parts and precision machining.

2.6063 is used for building profiles, irrigation pipes and vehicle extrusion materials, benches, furniture, fences, etc.

3.7075 is used to manufacture aircraft structures and futures. He requires high-stress structural parts and molds to have high strength and strong corrosion resistance.
