The shareholders' meeting is the authority of the company, the board of directors is the executive body of the company, and the board of supervisors is the supervisory body of the company. The chairman of the board is the legal representative. The Board of Directors consists of the Strategy and Investment Decision Committee, the Nomination, Remuneration and Assessment Committee and the Risk Management Committee. The Board of Directors has a Board Office, a Compliance Headquarters and an Audit Supervision Headquarters. The general manager's office consists of the Securities Investment Committee and the Asset Management Committee. The company has 14 headquarters, including office, human resources headquarters, financial management headquarters, registration budget and final accounts center, brokerage management headquarters, research institute, information technology headquarters, risk management headquarters, securities investment headquarters, asset management headquarters, merger and acquisition headquarters, fixed income headquarters, international business headquarters and innovative products headquarters. There are 27 securities business departments in Shanghai and 25 outlets in Beijing, Wenzhou, Chongqing, Nanjing, Shenzhen, Suzhou and Hangzhou.

In September 2004, the Company was established as a joint venture with Daiwa Securities Co., Ltd. of Japan, and its legal representative is Yu. Its business scope includes stock and bond underwriting, foreign stock brokerage, bond brokerage and other businesses approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission.

In June 2007, the company acquired the equity of Shanghai Youshi Futures Brokerage Co., Ltd. 100%, and completed the industrial and commercial change registration in June 1 1. The legal representative is Du, whose business scope is commodity futures brokerage and financial futures brokerage. In March 2008, after the industrial and commercial change registration, it was renamed Haizheng Futures Co., Ltd.
