China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) is the regulatory body that supervises the securities market, and has the right to enforce the law against illegal acts in the securities market.

Investors are dissatisfied with the behavior of securities companies, or find that securities companies have illegal behaviors, they can complain to the CSRC. China Securities Regulatory Commission will investigate and handle complaints according to relevant laws, regulations and provisions. If the CSRC finds illegal acts after investigating complaints, it will deal with them according to law and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of investors.
