The delisting date refers to the day when the stock exchange stops trading the stock and cannot buy or sell the stock in the securities company.

Delisting refers to the termination of the listing of securities by the stock exchange when the listing period expires or the listing conditions are no longer available according to law.

Delisting conditions:

1. The company decided not to apply for a grace period;

2. Failing to apply for a grace period within the specified time, that is, within 45 days from the date of suspension of listing, or the application for a grace period has not been approved by the stock exchange;

3. The company that suspended listing failed to publish its annual report at the deadline of grace period;

4. Continued losses in the first fiscal year during the grace period, or its financial report was issued with negative opinions or refused to express opinions by certified public accountants;

5. If the application for resumption of listing is not approved, the stock exchange will suspend its special share transfer service, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission will make a decision to terminate the listing. The company shall publish a stock delisting announcement on the designated newspapers and websites within two working days after receiving the decision. Delisting stocks will be carried out at the designated securities company through the counter according to law.
