First of all, it is impossible for a formal investment company to hire a person without any practical experience to make a transaction. They don't even know the definition of a trader (maybe they are deliberately fooling you). What else can they do?

Secondly, they won't give you the money to operate at all. They just let you take the money to practice first, or let you develop customers, they earn fees or simply gamble to get money.
