According to Announcement No.4 of China Securities Regulatory Commission [20 16] and relevant regulations of the CSRC, since May of 16, securities business licenses and other 10 licenses issued by China Securities Regulatory Commission and its dispatched offices have been unified into securities and futures business licenses.

If the securities and futures business institution still holds the original license because there is no reason to change the license for the time being, the original license will remain valid. In order to implement the relevant requirements of the Notice of the State Council on Approving the Overall Plan for the Construction of a Unified Social Credit Code System for Legal Persons and Other Organizations of the Development and Reform Commission (Guo Fa [2015] No.33) and realize the transition from the existing institutional code to a unified social credit code, the securities and futures operating institutions within their jurisdiction shall apply to our bureau before 20 17 and 12 at the latest.
