3. Transportation: On the one hand, the transportation cost brought by the new traffic regulations has increased, on the other hand, after the centralized listing of new grain, the transportation conditions such as shipping schedule, automobile transportation and trains in the port of the sales area are still not optimistic, and the centralized arrival time will be postponed again.
4. Policies: policies such as the acquisition of central enterprises, suspension of temporary storage, subsidies for deep processing enterprises, and transportation subsidies (rumors) were released.
