Freight subsidy refers to the freight subsidy standard for outbound cotton issued and implemented by the General Office of the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. When the freight subsidy policy expires, before the new policy is announced, the freight subsidy standard will follow the previous policy when calculating the premium, unless otherwise announced by the Exchange. After the publication of the new freight subsidy standard, the premium will be calculated according to the new standard and implemented on the tenth trading day (excluding the day) from the date of publication of the policy. If the date falls within the first to thirteenth trading days of the delivery month, the execution date will be postponed to the fourteenth trading day of the delivery month.
