China galaxy Securities Investor Education Base, China Settlement Investor Education Base and Inter-agency Market Investor Education Base were established on 20 17, and were rated as "National Securities and Futures Investor Education Bases" by China Securities Regulatory Commission. Open to the public, it has the functions of investor education service such as popularization of securities and futures knowledge, risk warning and information service.

After nearly half a year's layout design and technical development, China Settlement was carefully planned and deployed, and was officially launched as an investor education base on March 20, 20 17.
