If there is a major change in the national macro-policy and the local government re-plans the urban area, and Party A needs to take back the facade in advance due to major operational measures, Party A shall notify Party B one month in advance and Party B shall unconditionally obey. After the termination of the contract, Party A shall not be required to make compensation.

X this contract is made in duplicate, and shall come into effect as of the date of signature. If there are any outstanding matters, both parties shall settle them through consultation. After the expiration of the contract, Party A will bid for the facade, and Party B will have priority under the same conditions.
