Article 22 of the Supreme People's Court's Provisions on Several Issues Concerning the Trial of Futures Dispute Cases stipulates that a futures company shall bear the consequences of the transaction unless the customer agrees, and deal with them separately in the following ways: (1) If the transaction quantity is wrong, the futures company shall bear the part that exceeds the order quantity, and the part that is less than the order quantity shall make up or compensate for the direct losses; (2) If the transaction price exceeds the customer's instruction price range, the futures company shall bear the loss of the transaction price difference or the transaction result.
