With the rapid accumulation of wealth of domestic institutions and individuals, there is an urgent need for richer and diversified asset management channels, and China's asset management industry is developing rapidly. In this context, since May 20 12, China's asset management industry has ushered in a wave of deregulation and business innovation. The new round of deregulation has broken the competition barriers of securities companies, futures companies, securities investment fund management companies, banks, insurance companies and trust companies in expanding the investment scope, lowering the investment threshold and reducing relevant restrictions, so that the asset management industry has entered the era of big asset management with further deepening competition, innovation and mixed operation.
