As the name implies, a permanent magnet is a permanent magnet, and of course it will not demagnetize easily! Its demagnetization is related to the following aspects:
First, timeliness. Generally speaking, magnets have a service life. After a few years, magnetism will weaken. However, the magnetic properties of NdFeB permanent magnet materials change little with time. Its half-life is 2000 years, and our product design life is 25 years, so don't worry about demagnetization.
2. The role of external magnetic field. The external magnetic field strength exceeds NdFeB, which makes the permanent magnet magnetized, but this possibility is almost impossible, because Wover products are made of NdFeB permanent magnet material, and its magnetic field strength is the strongest.
Three. The influence of chemical reaction. Under the action of chemical factors such as acid, alkali, oxygen and neon, the structure of permanent magnet materials will change, and then the permanent magnet will be demagnetized. The Chinese-funded permanent magnet in Hunan is installed in a permanent magnet disk, and the surface of the permanent magnet material has a protective coating, which will not directly contact with acid, alkali, oxygen and neon, and will not undergo chemical reaction, and the permanent magnet will not demagnetize.
Four. The influence of vibration. After the permanent magnet is subjected to severe vibration, it may cause the internal magnetic domain to change and lead to demagnetization. However, it is impossible for the installed equipment to have violent vibration and demagnetization caused by vibration, whether in operation or when it is stopped.
Verb (short for verb) The influence of temperature. Excessive temperature will lead to demagnetization of permanent magnets. The highest temperature resistance of permanent magnets selected by China investors in Hunan is 180℃. Proper heat dissipation design ensures that the temperature of the permanent magnet will not exceed 80℃, far below the allowable temperature, and the permanent magnet will not demagnetize due to high temperature.
