Free passage time of New Year's Day Expressway 2023
In 2023, the New Year's Day Expressway is not free, but it will be charged.

(A) high-speed free time

The high-speed free time period starts at 00: 00 on the first day of the holiday and ends at 24: 00 on the last day of the holiday. Ordinary highways are based on the time when vehicles pass through the toll lane of toll stations, and expressways are based on the time when vehicles leave the exit toll lane. In other words, there is no charge if you get on the expressway during the charging period and get off the expressway during the free period. On the other hand, if you get on the expressway during the free period and get off the expressway during the charging period, you will be charged. It should be noted that over the free time, the whole process will be charged, and it will not be charged in installments. During the four holidays of Spring Festival, Tomb-Sweeping Day, May Day and National Day in 2023, passenger cars with less than seven seats (including seven seats) can get on the expressway for a total of 20 days without toll. New Year's Day is not among the free holidays on the expressway, so the expressway will not be free. The high-speed free dates are as follows:

1, Spring Festival: 65438+1October 2 1 (New Year's Eve) starts at 0: 00 and ends at 65438+1October 27 (the sixth day) at 24: 00. Freeway is free for 7 days.

2. Tomb-Sweeping Day: It starts at 00: 00 on April 5th and ends at 24: 00 on April 7th. Free for three days.

3. May Day: It starts at 0: 00 on May 1 day and ends at 24: 00 on May 5, and the expressway is free for 5 days.

4. National Day: 10 10 starts at 0: 00/0 and ends at 10 on 7 October. Freeway is free for 7 days.

(2) Free requirements

Small passenger cars with 7 seats (including 7 seats) and below (including motorcycles allowed to drive on ordinary toll roads) can enjoy the free policy. Among them, small passenger cars with 7 seats or less refer to passenger cars with no more than 7 seats (people), including drivers. Passenger cars with 8 seats or more, as well as all kinds of trucks and vans are not included in the free range.
