Interpretation of registration conditions for futures qualification examination:
Full capacity for civil conduct: refers to the ability to conduct civil activities completely independently, acquire civil rights and undertake civil obligations through one's own actions.
High school education level: refers not only to ordinary high schools, but also to secondary vocational and technical education (technical secondary schools, vocational high schools and technical schools).
According to the relevant regulations of China Futures Association, if the personnel who take the futures examination do not meet the registration requirements and take the examination by fraud, China Futures Association will not accept their application for qualification examination within one year; Those who have already taken the exam will be disqualified.
