Li Ka-shing (197 1-) was born in Hong Kong, a native of Shunde, Guangdong, and a Hong Kong entrepreneur. Lee Shau Kee, the youngest son of Chairman Henderson.

Li Ka-shing is a member of the 9th Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China People's Political Consultative Conference and the 9th Committee of Foshan City of China People's Political Consultative Conference. 1993 as executive director of Henderson group, and vice chairman since 2005. He was educated in Canada. Mr. Li is also the vice chairman of Henderson Land Development Co., Ltd. and Henderson Land Development Co., Ltd., and the directors of Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited and Miramar Hotel Enterprise Co., Ltd. Li Ka-shing studied at St Joseph's College, then went to Canada for education, studied economics at Wilfrid's University of Gloria, and obtained an honorary bachelor of arts degree at 1993.
