If a company is directly supervised by ASIC, it is called "client". The client is responsible for ensuring that all ARs can meet the requirements of ASIC, and ASIC will not have any direct relationship with AR.

As the principal, the company also needs to ensure that its AR abides by the rules formulated by ASIC and takes full responsibility for it. In addition, a written contract must be signed between the client and its AR to record the agreement between the two parties.

Before reaching an agreement with AR, the entrusting company needs to fully inspect its individual or company to ensure that AR has stable financial capacity and other qualified capabilities.

The entrusting unit must report all accounts receivable specified by it. In addition, where applicable, when AR carries out some supervision activities, the entrusting party must approve relevant staff management activities before this.

Once the company agrees to be the principal, it will be responsible for the scope of activities entrusted by it for accounts receivable, including:

Products that AR is selling and planning to sell;

Any suggestions provided by AR to customers;

Ensure that AR, like a directly authorized company, delivers the six principles of "treating customers fairly" to customers.

Note: When an enterprise obtains a temporary license, it is not the principal of another company's consumer credit activities.
