Article 9 of the Provisions on the Administration of Chief Risk Officers of Futures Companies (for Trial Implementation) stipulates that chief risk officers should maintain full independence in performing their duties, make judgments independently, prudently and promptly, and voluntarily avoid matters that conflict with their interests. Article 10 of the Regulations on the Administration of Chief Risk Officers of Futures Companies (Trial) stipulates that the chief risk officer shall keep the commercial secrets and customer information of futures companies.
