You can unbind through BOC Personal Mobile Banking, BOC Personal Online Banking and BOC Counter.

1. Please log in to the personal mobile banking client of Bank of China with the original bound mobile phone device, and complete the unbinding after authentication with single mobile phone transaction code, BOC E-Order+Mobile phone transaction code (or BOC E-Shield).

2. You can use personal online banking of Bank of China, and use BOC E Order+mobile phone transaction code or BOC E Shield to complete the unbinding.

3. When you register for personal online banking of Bank of China, you can unbind at any counter of Bank of China with your valid ID card and bank card/passbook associated with personal online banking and personal mobile banking of Bank of China.
