The exchange shall separately settle the balance of the settlement reserve for the simulated settlement member brokerage account and the self-operated account.
After the settlement is completed, when the balance of the settlement reserve of the settlement member is lower than the minimum balance standard, the settlement result shall be regarded as the settlement of the exchange.
After the settlement of the day is completed, the settlement member shall obtain the relevant settlement data through the member service system.
If the Exchange fails to provide the settlement data on time due to special circumstances, the Exchange will inform the time and method of providing the settlement data separately.
Clearing members shall obtain the settlement data provided by the exchange in a timely manner every day, do a good job of checking and keep them properly.
If a settlement member disagrees with the settlement data, it shall notify the Exchange in writing within 30 minutes before the market opens the next day. In case of special circumstances, the clearing member may notify the Exchange in writing within two hours after the opening of the market the next day.
If a settlement member fails to raise any objection to the settlement data within the time specified in the preceding paragraph, it shall be deemed that the correctness of the settlement data has been recognized.
