Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. According to the inquiry of official website of Shanghai Futures Exchange, the designated delivery warehouse of Shanghai Futures Exchange and the designated delivery warehouse of Shanghai International Energy Exchange Center are located in Shitianwei Logistics Co., Ltd. in Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone. Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone was established with the approval of the State Council in June, 1990, and was officially launched in September of the same year. It is the first free trade zone in China and the largest economic aggregate among the national 15 free trade zones.
