Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Education in order to standardize the enrollment work in our school and ensure the openness, fairness and impartiality of the enrollment work.
Article 2 Xi University of Technology is a public institution of higher learning approved by the Ministry of Education and qualified for higher education enrollment. The superior department in charge of the school is the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education. GB code: 10709.
Article 3 Introduction of Xi University of Technology:
Xi Engineering University (formerly Northwest Institute of Textile Technology, a university directly under the Ministry of Textile Industry) is the only institution of higher learning in western China that features textiles and garments. Its predecessor was 19 1998, the knitting department of Beijing Higher Institute of Technology, and 1998 was transferred to the institutions established by the central government and Shaanxi Province. In 200 1 year, it was renamed as Xi 'an Institute of Engineering and Technology with the approval of the Ministry of Education, and in 2006, it was renamed as Xi 'an University of Engineering with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
After more than 90 years of construction and development, the school has become a multi-disciplinary university with relatively complete disciplines, reasonable structure, industry-oriented, textile and clothing characteristics, engineering, science, literature, management, economics, law and teaching, and strong comprehensive strength. The school has 15 colleges and 2 teaching departments. Xi Engineering University began to train postgraduate students on 1979. Is approved by the Ministry of Education to jointly train doctoral students, and is the first batch of authorized units for bachelor's and master's degrees approved by the State Council Academic Degrees Committee. The school has 1 joint doctoral programs, 26 master's degree programs, 5 engineering master's degree programs and 42 undergraduate programs. The school has the right to recommend outstanding fresh graduates to study for a master's degree without examination, to award a master's degree in engineering and to apply for a master's degree with equivalent academic qualifications.

Article 6 Xi Engineering University shall set up an Admissions Committee composed of the leaders in charge of the school and the heads of relevant departments to strengthen the leadership of the enrollment work. The Admissions Committee shall set up an Admissions Office to be responsible for the specific affairs of the enrollment work.
Chapter II Enrollment Plan
Article 7 Xi University of Technology has a total enrollment plan of 4,900 students in 2006, including 4 140 undergraduate students and 760 higher vocational students. The plan of higher vocational education includes 200 students enrolled by our school in cooperation with North Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia, and two majors of international business and computer application technology, with enrollment in Shaanxi, Shanxi, Xinjiang, Inner Mongolia and Shandong provinces. Chapter III Access Rules
Eighth the implementation of moral, intellectual and physical comprehensive assessment, merit-based, respect for the wishes of candidates, fair, just and open principles.
Article 9 English majors only recruit English language candidates. Due to the limitation of teachers, other majors only recruit English candidates in principle, and are limited to a small number of Japanese, Russian and German candidates.
Article 10 Restrictions on the proportion of men and women: There is no limit to the proportion of men and women.
Article 11 Candidates who apply for this school should fill in their professional volunteers carefully according to their own health status and the requirements of the Physical Examination Standard for Enrollment of Xi Engineering University (see annex). After admission, those who fail the school physical examination or resort to deceit in the physical examination results shall be reported to the provincial admissions committee where the candidates are located for approval, and their admission qualification shall be cancelled.
Article 12 Requirements for related subjects:
Art major: professional courses have obtained the certificate of passing the examination of art major in our school, and there are certain requirements for the scores of foreign language single subjects;
Other majors: there are no specific requirements for the results of the unified examination.
Article 13 Requirements for additional examinations: All majors do not need to take any additional examinations after entering school.
Fourteenth to accept the grade difference of non-first volunteer candidates: there is no grade difference requirement for all majors.
Fifteenth candidates plus points: according to the scores of candidates after the bonus points (that is, the scores of filing).
Article 16 The way to determine the major of candidates' enrollment: Determine the major of candidates' enrollment (that is, major) according to the order of professional volunteers from high to low.

Ⅱ: Broadcasting and Hosting Art Major: 20% of the scores of cultural courses (converted into a percentage system in proportion) and 80% of the scores of professional courses (converted into a percentage system in proportion) are converted into comprehensive total scores, which are sorted from high to low.
Ⅲ: Art design (except fashion design and performance direction, image design and planning), industrial design (fine arts), advertising, fine arts, photography, animation: 30% of the scores of cultural courses (converted into a percentage system in proportion) and 70% of the scores of professional courses (converted into a percentage system in proportion) are converted into comprehensive total scores, ranking from high to low.
Article 18 Proportion of file adjustment: according to candidates' wishes, file adjustment shall be carried out from high score to low score according to the enrollment plan 120%.
Nineteenth enrollment work is carried out under the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision department of the school, and is subject to the supervision of the majority of candidates, parents and the society.
Chapter IV Awards, Scholarship Loans and Funding Measures for Students with Difficulties
In order to help students from poor families successfully complete their studies, our school has established a funding system of "work-study-oriented, national student loans as the main body, five-in-one award, loan, diligence, supplementary education and exemption, and two-level linkage between the school and the college".
Article 21 As one of the main measures to help students with financial difficulties in our school, the school actively carries out the work of national student loans in strict accordance with the requirements of relevant national policies. The number of loans accounts for 20% of the total number of students in school, and the maximum amount of student loans is 6000 yuan per academic year. In the past two years, nearly 3,000 students in our school have successively obtained national student loans, with a contracted amount of more than 50 million yuan and a loan amount of more than 24 million yuan. Solve the difficulty of poor students paying tuition fees, let them study with peace of mind and become talents as soon as possible.
Article 22 Xi 'an Engineering University also provides students from poor families with other financial assistance measures, such as on-campus living loans, tuition fee remission, subsidy for difficulties, and work-study programs. It involves 5,700 students and the amount of funding is more than 3 million yuan.
On-campus loan: Tier 1 loan is 65,438+0,000 yuan/year. Student, second-class loan 800 yuan/year. Students, and the third type of loan is 500 yuan/year. The loan ratio is 25%, and nearly 2 million yuan is issued every year.
Tuition fee remission: it is divided into three levels: 100%, 50% and 30%, and the remission ratio is 5%. Every academic year, 700 students are exempted, and the amount of exemption exceeds1million yuan.
Difficult subsidy: the subsidy ratio is 8%, and nearly 200,000 yuan is paid every year.

Article 23 The school has established a number of scholarships and grants, including more than 20 national scholarships, national grants, comprehensive scholarships, social enterprise awards and grants, amounting to 5 million yuan.
National scholarship: 4,000 yuan/year. The specific quota is based on the quota allocated by the state to our school in that year, with an annual total of nearly 300,000.
State grant: 1.500 yuan/year. The specific quota is subject to the quota allocated by the state to our school in that year, with a total amount of nearly 1.6 million yuan per year.
Comprehensive scholarships: first prize 1200 yuan/year, second prize 800 yuan/year, third prize 500 yuan/year, with the winning percentage of 28%. Pay nearly 2.5 million yuan every year.
Freshman scholarship:
The first prize is 2000 yuan (higher than the admission score of the same batch 120 or more);
First prize 1000 yuan (more than 80 points higher than the admission score of the same batch).
