After completing the registration, the applicant shall provide the following materials to the member management department of the Exchange for review:

1. Articles of Association;

2. Original and duplicate of business license;

3. Tax registration certificate;

4. Organization code certificate;

5. ID card of the legal representative;

6. Organization chart of the company.

Note: Copies of the above materials are provided and stamped with official seals.

(3) After passing the re-examination, the applicant pays all relevant fees, signs a cooperation agreement with the Exchange, officially becomes a special member, and is awarded the membership certificate; The unqualified exchange shall issue a letter of rejection, and the applicant shall bear all the bidding fees by himself.

(4) Financial institutions (commercial banks, trust companies, insurance companies, funds, securities and futures companies approved by China People's Bank, China Banking Regulatory Commission, China Securities Regulatory Commission and other regulatory agencies), large state-owned enterprises or listed companies (with assets or market value greater than 2 billion RMB), large spot trading enterprises of gold mines or precious metals (with domestic output or trading volume 10 and assets or market value greater than 2 billion RMB) apply for special membership of the Exchange.

Article 7 A special member shall pay all relevant fees of the Exchange, open a special fund settlement account at a settlement bank designated by the Exchange, sign a tripartite depository agreement with the bank, and apply to the compliance audit department of the Exchange for on-site audit. Only after the on-site audit is passed can he obtain trading qualification.

Article 8 The Exchange implements the annual registration system for special members, and the annual registration time is from July 1 day to August 3 1 day every year. During the annual inspection, special members shall provide the following documents and materials to the member management department of the Exchange:

(1) Registration Form for Annual Inspection of Special Members;

(two) a copy of the business license of the enterprise legal person that passed the annual industrial and commercial inspection this year;

(3) Other supporting documents required by the Exchange.

The Exchange shall review the above materials provided by special members, and if they pass the annual inspection, affix the annual inspection seal on their membership cards and make an announcement on the Exchange website; If the annual examination fails, the Exchange will terminate its special membership and make an announcement.
