Li Weidong: Male, born in March 1969, Han nationality, college degree, certified public accountant in China, served as auditor and director of audit department in Anhui Jingcheng Certified Public Accountants from July 2003 to May 2003. In May 2003, he joined Fengle Seed Industry, and served as Director of Finance Center, Assistant General Manager and Deputy Chief Accountant. He is currently the managing director, deputy chief accountant and deputy chief accountant of the Company.
