Legal analysis: 3-4 months. 1. After an industrial accident, the industrial injury insurance fund and the employer shall pay compensation respectively according to different situations. 2. The price paid by the industrial injury insurance fund, such as medical expenses, is generally paid by the employer in advance, and then reimbursed, without having to pay the employee himself; If the industrial injury level reaches 10 or above, the industrial injury insurance fund will of course pay a one-time disability subsidy. After the work-related injury appraisal is completed and the work-related injury insurance fund pays the price, it can go to the company account within one month. As for when the company will transfer to the account of employees with work-related injuries, it depends on the efficiency of the employer; 3. Some prices paid by employers are paid monthly, for example, wages during paid suspension. If the work-related injury level reaches 10 or above after the labor appraisal, the employer will of course pay a one-time disability employment subsidy, and these prices will only be paid after the injured employees arrive at their posts;
Legal basis: The following prices listed in Article 38 of People's Republic of China (PRC) Social Insurance Law due to work-related injuries shall be paid by the work-related injury insurance fund according to China's requirements:
(a) the medical price and rehabilitation price of work-related injury treatment;
(two) hospital food subsidies;
(three) transportation and accommodation expenses for medical treatment outside the overall planning place;
(four) the demand price of equipment equipped with assistive devices for the disabled;
(five) the survival care fee confirmed by the labor ability appraisal committee if the survival cannot take care of itself;
(6) One-time disability allowance and monthly disability allowance for disabled employees of Grade I to IV;
(seven) the one-time medical subsidy that is of course enjoyed when the labor contract is terminated or dissolved;
(8) Funeral grants, dependent relatives' pensions and work-related death grants received by the survivors of work-related deaths;
(nine) labor ability appraisal fee.
