How to write a meeting notice
The writing requirements of the meeting notice are concise, appropriately worded and timely.

Meeting notice refers to the notice sent to the participants after the preparations for the meeting are basically ready, so as to facilitate the participants to make preparations in advance. It usually includes two forms: written notice and oral notice. For more solemn meetings, there are many people attending the meeting, and written notice is required. The writing format of written notice consists of three parts: title, text, signature and date. The title can be composed of the notifying organ, meeting type and language name, or it can just be written as "meeting notice" or "notice".

Notice of important meetings should also be issued with the document number of the notifying organ, notice of daily work meetings should be issued with a separate document number, and notice of temporary meetings should not be issued with a document number. The text should specify the name, time, place, duration, topics and requirements of the meeting. For large and medium-sized conferences and conferences attended by foreign comrades, the registration place, whether there is transportation, what materials and articles to bring, whether to bring or how many staff should also be clearly written.

Classification of notices
