School introduction

Chengdu College of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province, was founded on 200 1. It is a private independent college at undergraduate level jointly organized by University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Chengdu Guoteng Industrial Group Co., Ltd. It is a national international software talent training base, a national software industry base talent training center and a member of CDIO engineering education alliance.

2001July 16, Guoteng Software College of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China was formally established. On July 14, 2003, Guoteng Software College of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Guoteng Microelectronics College of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China merged into Guoteng College of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. On February 23, 2004, Guoteng College of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China was renamed Chengdu College of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and was confirmed as an independent college by the Ministry of Education.

The majors offered by the school mainly include: computer application technology, network system management, communication technology, aviation service, aviation mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance, e-commerce, investment and financial management, accounting, securities and futures, tourism management, foreign-related tourism, film and television animation, and plane image production.

The difference between public schools and private schools

1: Different organizers

State-owned universities: State-owned universities are universities funded by the national government or local governments, which is what we usually call public government-run universities, rather than universities sponsored by private bosses and social enterprises.

Private universities: Literally, private universities are universities sponsored by enterprises, social organizations and individual citizens (private bosses). Without government financial support, the school is responsible for its own profits and losses.
