Applicants must abide by the Constitution and laws of People's Republic of China (PRC), and have professional and technical positions or doctoral degrees at or above the associate senior level. The applicant's unit should have a scientific research management department, which can provide the necessary conditions for conducting research and promise credit guarantee. Scientific research management departments should promptly notify and actively organize retired scientific researchers to declare.
2. To apply for the projects funded by the National Social Science Fund in the later period, more than 80% must be completed (the achievements declared by retired researchers are not less than 60%), and they are unpublished Chinese academic monographs or academic data collections, reference books, etc ... The achievements of minority languages need to be accompanied by standardized Chinese characters.
3. The application results must be politically correct, academically original or pioneering, and reach the leading level in this discipline. The expression of the name of the declaration result should be scientific, rigorous, standardized and concise, generally without subtitle.
4. The application results are recommended in writing by two peer experts with senior titles or the publishing house designated by our bureau (the list is attached), and the recommender shall bear the corresponding reputation responsibility. The results of the signed publishing contract should be recommended and declared by the relevant publishing houses. The results declared by retired researchers can be recommended by one or two experts.
