In 2022, the conditions for aiding Tibetan lawyers are 25-45 years old. The activities of the lawyers' service group to aid Tibet are jointly organized and implemented by all china lawyers association and China Legal Aid Foundation of the Ministry of Justice. It is a volunteer action to recruit volunteers nationwide and send lawyers to provide legal services in counties without lawyers and areas with insufficient lawyer resources in Tibet.

Characteristics of Tibet Aid Lawyers in 2022

College graduate volunteers are required to be healthy and have no bad records. Previous college students must be excellent students who have worked in a law firm, participated in public welfare activities or obtained relevant commendation within three years after graduation from law major. Volunteers of grassroots legal service workers should be full-time grassroots legal service workers in the project service area.

Hold the practice certificate of grass-roots legal service workers, have good practice performance and no bad records such as administrative punishment or industrial punishment. Counties under the age of 35 without lawyers may appropriately relax their age. Lawyer volunteers shall register with the lawyer management department of the judicial bureau under their jurisdiction, and former college student volunteers and grassroots legal service workers shall register with the legal aid center of the local judicial bureau.
