After passing the first and second subject examinations, you can apply to the fund industry association for the qualification of registered fund within 4 years through your institution. Those who have not obtained the qualification of fund registration for more than 4 years shall make up the qualification or the corresponding follow-up training hours in the last 2 years before registration.
Personnel who have obtained the qualification for fund practice shall complete the follow-up training of 15 hours every year according to relevant regulations, and participate in the annual qualification examination organized by the association through their institutions as required. Institutions that can apply for fund qualification include fund managers, commercial banks (including foreign-funded corporate banks in China), securities companies, futures companies, insurance institutions, securities investment consulting institutions, independent fund sales institutions and other institutions recognized by China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Requirements for fund qualification examination:
1. The personnel of the qualification examination for fund practice are mainly internal personnel of fund management companies engaged in fund sales or external personnel who wish to engage in the industry. Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the registration deadline. High school education or above; Having full capacity for civil conduct; Other conditions stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
2. Pay attention to the opinions of the public on the investment behavior of the fund, accept its supervision, and timely correct the investment trading behavior in the process of fund operation according to the adjustment of the securities trading system.
3. Taking the interests of fund investors as the starting point, taking the trust of fund investors, the market and society as the purpose, adhering to the principles of honesty and credit and "fairness, justice and openness", and consciously safeguarding the healthy and stable development of the securities market.
