The meeting of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China held on April 29th analyzed the current economic situation and countermeasures, and regarded the Ukrainian crisis and epidemic as two major factors affecting the economy, which mainly had three meanings.

First of all, the Ukrainian crisis has increased the risks and challenges of China's development environment. This development environment includes not only economy, but also politics and culture, but mainly economy.

Second, the Ukrainian crisis has increased the complexity, severity and uncertainty of China's economic development environment. Here, the Politburo meeting used three characters, highlighting the profound impact of the Belt and Road strategy on China's economy and foreign trade space, and the immeasurable direct and indirect economic losses.

Third, the Ukrainian crisis has increased the challenges of China's stable growth, stable employment and stable prices. The Ukrainian war pushed Europe closer to the United States, the dollar appreciated and the export situation was not optimistic. The troika that drives the economy is exhausted, small and medium-sized enterprises are facing difficulties, and the number of unemployed people is increasing.
