Two months ago, a parent who saw his son's classmate introduced him to apply for his child's poverty alleviation public welfare project "Let's grow together: Let urban children know more about love and sharing, and let rural children regain their dreams and hope."

This is a public welfare project launched by the China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation to help urban and rural children grow together. It pairs an urban child with a child from a poor rural area. The urban child donates 100 yuan to the rural child every month to fund his tuition.

I immediately felt that this was a very meaningful project. It not only helped children in poor rural areas in need, but also taught my children to cherish their own learning environment, so I also applied.

The application method is very simple, just search the official account "Come on and grow together" in WeChat, and then submit a donation application within the official account.

After submitting the application, within a week someone from the Poverty Alleviation Foundation called to find out how big of a child we wanted to donate, a boy or a girl.

We chose a boy who is 2 grades younger than my son.

After more than a month of matching, yesterday we received the information of the donor child, a first-grade primary school student from Guizhou who lost his father.

When the whole family saw his message, they all felt very unfortunate and hoped to help him complete his studies.

We also started a plan and set some tasks for my son that can be rewarded, such as completing homework in time, going to bed on time, reading and exercising every day, etc., and giving him a RMB reward based on the completion of the tasks, so that he can earn monthly

More than 100 yuan, of which 100 yuan was used to support the tuition fees of children in Guizhou.

The son is also full of confidence and hopes to use his actions to help people in need.
