The owner has the right to inquire about the use of the maintenance fund. The opening bank shall send the maintenance fund account statement to the owners' committee every month, and send the maintenance fund account statement to all owners every year. The owners' committee and the owners can inquire about their accounts or sub-accounts with their bank. ?
? When inquiring about the bank account, the owners' committee shall provide the certificate and account number of the owners' committee. ?
? The owner should provide the owner's code and address when inquiring the general ledger at the counter of the bank where the account is opened. ?
? The opening bank shall provide free account inquiry service in the form of telephone or counter;
Third, if the owner transfers the house, the maintenance fund shall be handled as follows. ?
? Residential transfer due to sale, gift, etc. , residential assignee with my identity certificate, real estate license, the owners' committee certificate for household name change procedures.
? When the house is transferred, the balance of the maintenance fund paid by the original owner shall be paid by the transferee of the house to the original owner; Unless otherwise agreed by the parties to the residential transfer contract or transfer, such agreement shall prevail.
? When a real estate development enterprise sells a house, it shall settle the balance of the maintenance fund paid by it on behalf of the purchaser with the transferee of the house. Where there are other provisions in the contract, such provisions shall prevail.
