There should be no such provision, which means that if there is any surplus after redemption, it shall not be less than 10. But you can redeem it all, with nothing left. Many fund trading channels will have this provision.

After the share is redeemed, the remaining share shall not be less than a certain amount.

Or redeem it all, leaving no one.
