Dr Barrett is the chairman of the United Nations Global Alliance for Information and Communication Technology and Development. He is also the consultant of the US President's Advisory Committee on Foreign Trade Policy and Negotiation and the American Health Information Community. In addition, Dr. Barrett is the co-chairman of the Student Achievement Business Alliance and the National Innovation Program Leading Committee. Member of the American Council of International Trade Advisers and the Education Advisory Committee of the Clinton Global Initiative.
