Improve the serious illness insurance system and promote the reform of the long-term care insurance system.

4. Organize and implement the unified medical insurance catalogue and payment standard for drugs, medical consumables, medical service items and medical service facilities in urban and rural areas; According to the national and provincial medical insurance catalogue and payment standards, dynamically adjust the mechanism and implement relevant requirements.

5. Organize the implementation of the city's policies on the prices of medicines and medical consumables, medical service items and charging standards for medical service facilities, establish a reasonable and dynamic adjustment mechanism for national and provincial medical insurance payment of medical service prices, implement relevant requirements, promote the establishment of a market-led social medical service price formation mechanism, and establish a price information monitoring and information release system.

6. Formulate the centralized purchasing policy of drugs and medical consumables in the whole city and supervise the implementation, and guide the construction of centralized purchasing platform for drugs and medical consumables.

7. Formulate the agreement and payment management measures of designated medical institutions in the city and organize their implementation, establish and improve the credit evaluation system and information disclosure system of medical insurance, supervise and manage the medical service behavior and medical expenses included in medical insurance coverage, and investigate and deal with illegal acts in the field of medical insurance according to law.
