(six) owner occupied housing, provide the planning, housing management departments of the homestead approval or building approval documents, purchase materials and other construction cost invoices.

Article 30 of the Measures of Beijing Municipality for the Administration of Housing Provident Fund Withdrawal, if approved by the management center, the withdrawal amount shall be directly transferred to the employee bank savings account within 3 days. If a unit applies to transfer the withdrawal amount to the unit settlement account, it shall be approved by the employee himself.
