The fund qualification examination includes the national unified examination and the post examination, and the examination subjects are as follows:

Subject 3: Basic knowledge of private equity investment funds

Select the combination of subject 1 and subject 2, and obtain the qualification of securities investment fund through the examination. However, private equity investment funds can engage in a wide range, and the association has no clear regulations in this regard. You can work in securities companies, commercial banks, fund management companies, fund sales companies, investment and financial consulting companies, securities investment consulting companies, and you can also work in private equity investment funds.

If you choose the combination of subject 1+subject 3, you can obtain the qualification of private equity investment fund after passing the exam, but you can't engage in securities investment fund business. You can work in a private equity fund company.
