2. Remote processing

Fill in the application form for fund change business (individual) or the application form for fund change business (institution) to apply for account information change, and ensure that the full name and bank address of the new bank account are correctly filled in. If there is a new contact number, please indicate it. Mail the signed Application Form for Fund Change Business, the original copy of account opening certificate, the copy of harvest fund account card, the copy of new bank account card or passbook, and the original copy of bank card (if you lose your bank card, you don't need to provide the original information of bank card, but you need to indicate "Bank Card Lost" in the Application Form for Fund Change Business) to Harvest Direct Sales Center for collection.
