The front-end charge is to pay the subscription fee at the same time as purchasing the fund; Back-end charge means that the subscription fee is not paid when the fund is purchased, but when it is redeemed. The subscription fee decreases with the increase of the number of years of holding the fund until it is zero. Therefore, the advantage of short-term charging is that all funds will be converted into shares according to the net value of the subscription date at the time of subscription, and there is no need to pay the subscription fee first. The longer the fund is held, the more favorable the rate will be. It is a good investment method for long-term investors.
