), in accordance with the unified arrangements of the State Council and the Provincial People's Government, the Provincial People's Government's Legal Affairs Office and the Provincial Administrative Approval System Reform Leading Group Office organized a new round of centralized review of the administrative approval projects of provincial departments.

After strict review and demonstration, the Provincial People's Government decided to cancel and adjust 229 administrative approval projects.

Among them, 165 administrative licensing items were cancelled, and 42 non-administrative licensing items were cancelled; 17 administrative licensing items were adjusted, and 5 non-administrative licensing items were adjusted.

The catalog of administrative approval projects retained after sorting will be announced to the public by the Legal Affairs Office of the Provincial People's Government and the Provincial Leading Group Office for the Reform of the Administrative Approval System.

All localities and departments must conscientiously implement and connect the cancellation and adjustment of administrative approval projects, and effectively strengthen follow-up supervision.
