2. This institution is a non-profit public welfare institution and does not seek personal interests for anyone. Designed to serve the public and charity;

3. This institution is committed to promoting and providing educational opportunities for the disadvantaged groups, providing housing and care for the elderly, providing scholarships for colleges and universities, and providing support for charitable activities;

4. The registration authority of this institution is Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau, and the competent business unit is Beijing Civil Affairs Bureau;

5. Beijing Civil Affairs Information Network announced the establishment of Beijing Guanghua Charity Foundation on April 13th, 25;

6. The assets of this institution are contributed to charity and cannot be withdrawn. The net income or assets of any part of this institution will not benefit any director, employee, member of this institution or any individual;
