Decision of the Ministry of Civil Affairs on Abolishing the Interim Provisions on the Establishment of Special Fund Management Institutions by Social Organizations

According to the Decision of the State Council on Cancelling and Decentralizing a Batch of Administrative Examination and Approval Items (Guo Fa [2065438+03] No.44), our department has cleaned up some departmental regulations. It is now decided to abolish the Interim Provisions on the Establishment of Special Fund Management Institutions by Social Organizations (Decree No.50 of the Government of People's Republic of China (PRC) [1999]).

This decision shall come into force as of the date of promulgation.
