In order to solve the social hot issue of "difficult and expensive medical treatment", as one of the supporting measures of the new round of medical reform, doctors' multi-point practice has been piloted in some areas for three years. At the consultation meeting on "Promoting the Reform of Medical and Health System" held recently, promoting doctors to practice more has become a hot topic for CPPCC members.
In fact, it has long been an open secret that famous doctors, especially good surgeons, practice medicine outside their subordinate units. 2 1 the incident of "super girl Wang Bei died of plastic surgery" exposed the hidden danger of "receiving work" outside the hospital. After investigation, Wang Bei's chief surgeon, Wang, was registered in Guangzhou, but he practiced medicine in Wuhan for more than a year. However, in the face of the national policy of encouraging doctors to practice more, doctors do not seem to give a positive response. Many pilot areas reflect that doctors practice more "applauding and not calling for seats".
In the special investigation of CPPCC's promotion of medical and health system reform, Shangcheng CPPCC has set its sights on this policy as an effective way to alleviate the difficulty of seeing a doctor, and proposed to speed up the improvement of relevant systems and really let doctors practice more.
Zhang Hong, member of the Standing Committee of Uptown CPPCC and assistant dean of Nanxing Community Health Service Center, believes that the identity of doctors in China is "unit person" rather than "social person", which has become the biggest obstacle to free flow. Only by letting doctors gradually transition from "unit person" to "social person" can the multi-point practice policy be implemented.
It is a common method for doctors to practice in many medical institutions in most countries in the world. It was established after the examination, training, registration and other systems of doctors in various countries were gradually improved. It is strictly protected by law and closely related to doctors' professional ethics, rewards and punishments. She suggested that only when doctors become freelancers like lawyers can they practice more.
