In 2008, he was selected into the "New Century Excellent Talents Support Program" of the Ministry of Education, won the first prize of Shanghai Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked fourth) in 2007, won the first prize of "Morning Star Young Scholars Award Program" of Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2008, won the Class A program of SMC Excellent Young Teachers of Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2009 and won the Excellent Teacher Award of Shanghai Jiaotong University in 2009. In recent five years, he has published 2 books and 49 papers, including 3 articles by SCI and 39 articles by EI.
He taught the elective course Enterprise Informatization and Knowledge Engineering (36 hours) in the School of Mechanical Engineering, and cooperated with Professor Wang to teach modern mechanical design for doctoral students (54 hours) and modern mechanical design for master students (36 hours).
