If the insured reaches the age of 18, he/she needs to go to Pacific Insurance Company and bring the insured's ID card, bank card and insurance policy. After processing, the money will be transferred to the policyholder card within 3-5 working days (5 state-owned banks+postal service).

If the insured is under the age of 18, the applicant shall bring the applicant's ID card, bank card, insurance policy and the insured's survival certificate (household register or provincial certificate) with the insured.
