Micro Venture Capital is a venture capital fund jointly sponsored by Sina, Sequoia Capital, IDG Capital, innovation works, Yunfeng Fund and Defengjie, aiming at providing venture capital for third-party application developers who focus on Sina Weibo platform.

Micro Venture Capital is also called Sina Weibo Fund. Sina Weibo, later renamed Weibo, is a well-known social media platform in China. It was launched in August 2009. Users can access through PC, mobile phone and other mobile terminals, and realize instant sharing, communication and interaction of information in the form of text, pictures, videos and other multimedia.
