Article 12 The Project Department organizes each work area to carry out standardized site compliance activities every year. During the year, it was rated as a standardized construction site (civilized construction site) or a work area with similar honor by the engineering company or the government department where the project is located, and the project department rewarded each work area 1 10,000 yuan. Projects rated as standardized construction sites by group companies will be rewarded with 5000 yuan each. Those who are rated as advanced individuals in safety management at all levels will be awarded 500-5000 yuan as appropriate. Thirteenth advanced workplace award for safe production. Article 14 Those who find major hidden dangers outside the scope of personal work, report them in time and take effective measures to avoid personal injury and equipment damage accidents, circulate a notice of praise and give a one-time reward of 500 ~ 5000 yuan; Those who take the initiative to stop the illegal behavior, so as to avoid accidents, will be informed of praise, and given a one-time reward of 200 ~ 2000 yuan; Report other people's illegal command operation, which is verified to be true, and reward the whistleblower 200 yuan at one time; Put forward physical and chemical suggestions and be adopted and applied. Individuals who have made outstanding contributions will be awarded 500 ~ 5000 yuan at one time after being identified by the project safety leading group. Fifteenth work-related casualties will be punished for the accident work area and the person responsible for the accident. (4) In case of a major employee death accident or two major accidents within one year, it shall be punished in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Measures for Rewards and Punishment of Safety Production of Engineering Companies. (5) In case of a particularly serious employee death accident, it shall be punished in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Measures for Rewards and Punishment of Safety Production of Engineering Companies. (6) Industrial accidents refer to engineering accidents, construction quality and safety accidents, railway traffic accidents, road traffic accidents, fire accidents, boilers, pressure vessels and special equipment accidents, explosions and other safety accidents. Sixteenth economic penalties shall be imposed on the work area and the person responsible for the accident caused by non-work responsibility. (1) In the event of an accident of death 1 person, the 2-month safety production bonus of all employees in the work area will be deducted. (4) In case of a major railway traffic accident or two fatal accidents, it shall be punished according to the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Measures for Rewards and Punishment of Safety Production of Engineering Companies. For the daily safety inspection results of the project management department, the responsible unit shall be rewarded and punished in the form of a notice of reward and punishment or an inspection report, with the reward and punishment standard starting from 200 yuan. Article 22 The responsible unit is the subject of punishment, which will be directly deducted by the project department, and the responsible person will be punished internally by the responsible unit; The project department directly rewards the responsible units and individuals. Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions Article 24 The Project's punishment for each work area shall be organized and implemented by the Project Safety and Quality Department and the Finance Department. The economic fines imposed on the responsible units and persons shall be included in the safety production incentive fund. The safety production reward of each work area shall be approved by the Project Safety and Quality Department and implemented according to the approved standards.
