2. Approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission No.20 [1998], Huaan Fund Management Co., Ltd. was established in June 1998. It is one of the first fund management companies in China, with a registered capital of10.50 billion yuan, and its headquarters is located in Lujiazui Financial and Trade Zone, Shanghai. At present, the shareholders are Shanghai Electric (Group) Corporation, Shanghai International Trust Co., Ltd., Shanghai Industrial Investment (Group) Co., Ltd., Shanghai Jinjiang International Investment Management Co., Ltd. and Guotai Junan Investment Management Co., Ltd.
